On the basis of Art. 3, para. 1 of Regulation No. 4 of 01.02.2021 on the implementation of the National Program for Controlling the Population of Stray Dogs on the Territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and on the procedures for its implementation, the financing and reporting mechanism, in connection with p. 7.2, p. 7.3, p. 7.4. and p. 7.5. of the National Program for Controlling the Population of Stray Dogs on the Territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, in connection with Section IV, p. 2 of the Program for Controlling the Population of Stray Dogs on the Territory of the Municipality of Kameno, a census of stray dogs on the territory of the Municipality of Kameno was carried out during the period September-November 2024. The methodology was used according to p. 7.5 of the National Program for Controlling the Population of Stray Dogs on the Territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
